ITALY: “Banco di Sardegna Sassari confirms the ambitions adding to the already strong roster another player: Drew Gordon  (205-F-90, college: N.Mexico). The 23 years old player from San Jose, California, is not a new face for Dinamo Sassari. In fact, he played with Sassari during the ending part of last season, averaging 11.8ppg in 11 games, with a season high of 24 points scored against Cant. Gordon began his college career with UCLA, but after 2 years he moved to New Mexico, where he scored 14 ppg and grabbed 11.2 rpg during his senior year. Then, he began the pro career joining BC Partizan MT:S Beograd (Serbia-A League). With the Serbian team, he played Euroleague (9.1 ppg and 7.5 rpg in 10 games) before moving to Sassari. Gordon began 2013-2014 with Banvit Basketbol Kulubu (Turkey-TBL), without luck: only 4.5 ppg in 4 games in Turkish league, 5.4 ppg in 7 Eurocup games. “
