ITALY: “Granarolo Bologna (Serie A) signed 30-year old American guard Allan Ray (188-93kg-84, college: Villanova). He played previous season at Cedevita in Croatian A1 league. In two games he had just 2.0ppg and 2.0rpg. Ray also played 12 games in Eurocup where he recorded 7.7ppg, 2.5rpg and 2.9apg. The previous (12-13) season he played at Ratiopharm Ulm (BBL) in German league. The team played in three different competitions that year, and Ray had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 38 BBL games he was fifth best scorer with 11.8ppg and averaged 2.2rpg and 1.5apg. He helped them to make it to the supercup final and to the cup final.”
