Zeljko Rebraca was born April 9, 1972 in Prigrevica, Apatin, Yugoslavia and he resides in Italy and Serbia-Montenegro during the offseason. He has played for the European basketball giant Panathinaikos during the 1999-2000 and 2000-01 seasons, winning 2 Greek Championships and 1 European Championship at the Final Four hosted in Thessaloniki, being awarded with the MVP trophy of the competition. He spent his entire professional career prior to 2001-02 playing in Europe, earning a silver medal at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta for Yugoslavia.

The 7’0″ center was a second round pick of the Seattle Supersonics in the 1994 NBA Draft. He has played for the Detroit Pistons, the Atlanta Hawks and the Los Angeles Clippers. Known by his teammates as “Big Z”, he played for the LA Clippers in the 2005-06 season, averaging about 5 points and 2 rebounds per game.
